Who’s ready for Fall, a great glass of wine, and some creative pumpkin & sunflower fun?!

Please join us for this step-by-step painting event (no experience needed) at the beautiful MEDINA RIVER WINERY in Castroville, TX! Register today and don’t miss out as space is VERY limited due to distancing and room size!

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. EARLY-BIRD DEADLINE TO REGISTER is Monday, Oct. 11th, 11:00PM…. SAVE $5!                                                                        DEADLINE TO REGISTER is Friday, Oct. 15th, 11:00PM
2. Space is very limited! Normally we can accommodate 18-20 at this venue, however, with Covid, we are limiting the number of painters to only TEN. (If the ticket count shows only one space left and you want to paint WITH someone, please purchase the ticket, and immediately send us an email to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com. We can send an invoice for one additional painter IF needed.)
3. ADD LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email contact list. Failure to do so will result in your confirmation/event info going to your spam folder.
4. Register and pay for the event.   PAYMENT OPTIONS:
   1. PAYPAL = via ticket options & registration below on THIS page. (Make sure you select quantity, as it may be defaulted to zero.)
   2. ZELLE; VENMO; or CASH APP = Please send an email IMMEDIATELY to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com. Make sure to let us know how many you want, and any other details. You will receive an emailed invoice with all payment options & details.     NOTE: You are considered registered ONLY AFTER payment is received.
5. Receive an emailed reply/confirmation (by end of following day after registering and payment being received) with your confirmation info. Important: Please email us immediately at LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com after making sure you’ve added our email address, and checked your spam folder, if you did not receive this email.
6. PLEASE ARRIVE 10+ minutes early for ordering wine, seating, getting checked in, and to get situated as we will start painting right on time. Late arrivals may have a difficult time catching up. SEATING = 1st come, 1st serve. Groups may want to arrive earlier to claim seats together.
7. Invite your friends! (Note: Event will be canceled if minimum registrations are not met. If this happens, you will be refunded in full.)

ONLY $35 per person prepaid Tue. 10/12- Fri. 10/15 (day of event = exact cash only, ONLY IF space & supplies are available.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

• 48 hours notice prior to start of event VIA E-MAIL only to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com = full refund less 6% (to cover all transaction fees.)
• Less than 48 hours = Sorry, NO refunds. OPTION: You may transfer your registration to someone else. PLEASE EMAIL LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com with new guest’s name at least 3-4 hours prior to event.
• “No-Shows” = forfeit of payment. (Please understand that we reserved your seat, prepped your supplies, and denied your seat to anyone else.)
• If event is canceled due to insufficient registrations, or any unforeseen situation, your registration fee will be refunded 100% in full.

By registering for this event, you automatically agree to be responsible for ALL of the following:

1. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your initial confirmation email by the end of the following day after you’ve registered.  (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.)
2. Contacting us ASAP at least 24-48 hours BEFORE the event if you have ANY issues!
3. Arriving 10+ minutes early.
