PET PORTRAITS & FUNDRAISER! – Public Event!

(Note: “Color-Pop” PET PORTRAIT event is the day before today. Mix or match and save on shipping!)

You asked for it, you got it! Thanks to all of those who requested a PET PORTRAIT event!

This event is for the “REGULAR PET PORTRAIT” style. What a fun, colorful, and cool way to celebrate your beloved pet or favorite animal… This also makes a great gift! (This event is for pet’s face with or without chest due to time limitation.)

Although this is a public event, it will be held via Zoom so that instructor can see and help individuals as needed. Participants have the option to not appear on video if desired.


FUNDRAISER OPTION! Please consider helping to raise funds for one of the most incredible non-profit (San Antonio based) DOG RESCUE organizations ever! How this works: 

  • Select the “FUNDRAISER OPTION” when purchasing your ticket below (“virtual + kit” or “virtual only”)
  • The fundraiser options = an additional $5 each
  • LET’S PAINT, Y’ALL will match your $5 and donate $10 for each fundraiser ticket sold!
  • You will receive a pet-themed, pre-printed wooden ornament of your choice, while supplies last. (Approx. 5″ x 3.5″ depending on design.) If you register as an early-bird, you will receive TWO ornaments of your choice!

HOW THIS WORKS / HOW TO REGISTER:

  • Deadline to register for event is Wednesday, Dec. 9th at 11PM 
  • You will need access to a laptop, desktop, or tablet. (Phone is also ok, but may be too small to view live paint party.)
  1. Add LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email address book so you can receive the TWO confirmation emails!!
  2. Register and pay for the event. Paid registrants will receive links and passwords via email. To assure that this virtual party remains private for this private event: YOU MUST ENTER THE CODE PROVIDED TO YOU BY YOUR HOA IN ORDER TO REGISTER. Paid registrants will receive links and all important info via 2 emails.
  3. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
    1. PAYPAL = via ticket options & registration below on THIS page. (Make sure you select quantity, as it may be defaulted to zero.)
    2. ZELLE or VENMO = Please send an email IMMEDIATELY to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com. Make sure to let us know how many you want, and any other details. You will receive an invoice with all payment options. NOTE: You are considered registered ONLY AFTER payment is received.
  4. SUBMIT A PHOTO ASAP by Wednesday, Dec. 9th. (See cancellation info below.)
    • Email photos ASAP to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com
    • Please include at least three photos if possible, we will choose which works best for this project (or we may combine pics at our discretion.)
    • Just ONE pet in the photo (painting will be of just ONE pet)
    • Photo must be high resolution, high quality. Uncropped with no background distractions/clutter work best.
    • Photo must be bright, and well lit.
    • Close-up, in focus photos of your pet’s head and shoulder are ideal.
    • This event is for animal’s face with or without chest due to event time limitation.
  5. If you are purchasing multiple kits, please email ASAP for combined shipping rates.
  6. Receive an emailed reply/confirmation (by end of following day after registering and payment being received) with your confirmation info. Important: Please email us immediASAP to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.comeceive this email.
  7. Receive a 2nd/follow-up email with Zoom Link & Kit Delivery/Pick-up info, as well as any other important info, approx. 48-72 hours prior to event. Important: If you do not receive this 2nd email by 48 hours before event, contact us IMMEDIATELY after you’ve checked your spam folder. Failure to do so will cause you to miss the event. REMINDER: You must add LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email address book so our emails don’t go to your spam. We will assume that you have done so and that you’ve received BOTH of our emails with the required info. Please understand we do not call each registrant to make sure they’ve received both emails; it is your responsibility to contact us if you don’t receive BOTH emails within the specified times.
  8. Invite your friends & family, the more the merrier!
  9. LOG-IN 5-10 minutes early prior to event start the day of event, as we will start painting right away!

New to Zoom? You will receive info for a practice session in your confirmation email! Practice session will be after payment is received, and up until approx. 48 hours BEFORE event by special arrangement.

Option 1: VIRTUAL EVENT + COMPLETE KIT = ONLY $35!

  1. Step-by-step LIVE instruction and the opportunity to ask questions just like an in-person event!
  2. All supplies. (Yes, you get to KEEP EVERYTHING!):
    1. pre-sketched with your pet/animal (face with or without chest) on an 11×14 canvas
    2. single-use easel
    3. your choice of background color (we will do a fairly simple background to accomodate the time frame, however, you can always continue painting the background afterward!
    4. all paint colors – CUSTOM SELECTED for YOUR pet!
    5. paint brushes
    6. plate for paints
    7. cup for water
    8. paper towel
    9. disposable adult-sized apron (can be folded and trimmed to fit)

  2. A sketch (to TRACE) of your pet/animal emailed to you so you can print to fit the size of the canvas you choose.
  3.  A complete supply list, including the list of colors for your specific pet/animal.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  • 48 hours notice prior to start of event VIA E-MAIL only to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com = full refund less 8% (to cover all transaction fees.)
  • Less than 48 hours = NO refund for this event. We are sorry, but please understand that we have already assembled your kit and poured the paint into the cups for you.
  • OPTION: You may transfer your registration to another IF YOU CANCEL VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE DATE & TIME. Please email LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com
  • Please do NOT SHARE your event access.
  • If you are unable to email a proper pet/animal photo by Wednesday, Dec. 9th, 2020, then you will be refunded LESS $5 as we are charged fees either way.

By registering for this event, you automatically agree to be responsible for ALL of the following:

  1. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your initial confirmation email by the end of the following day after you’ve registered.  (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.)
  2. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your second email (with ZOOM link, etc.) within 48 hours before event start.  (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.)
  3. Contacting us ASAP at least 24-48 hours BEFORE the event if you have ANY issues!
