VALLEY RANCH LADIES, who’s ready to meet and socialize with other women for a FUN night of painting BEACH WINE GLASSES together? Grab a friend, this is going to be an event that you won’t want to miss!

(This event is open the LADIES of VALLEY RANCH and their guests.)

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

• BONUS EARLY-BIRD deadline is Thursday, June 17th, 11PM.       (Receive TWO (2) FREE wine-themed coasters! Selection = 1st come, 1st serve.)
• EARLY-BIRD deadline to register is Thursday, July 8th, 11PM (Receive a FREE wine-themed coaster. Selection = 1st come, 1st serve.)
• FINAL Deadline to register is Monday, July 12th, 11PM 

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Add LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email address book so you can receive the confirmation email (or it will go to spam folder.)
2. Register and pay for the event.   PAYMENT OPTIONS:
   1. PAYPAL = via ticket options & registration below on THIS page. (Make sure you select quantity, as it may be defaulted to zero.)
   2. CASH; CHECK; ZELLE; VENMO; or CASH APP = Please send an email IMMEDIATELY to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com. Make sure to let us know how many you want, and any other details. You will receive an emailed invoice with all payment options & details.      NOTE: You are considered registered ONLY AFTER payment is received.
3. Receive an emailed reply/confirmation (by end of following day after registering and payment being received) with your confirmation info. Important: Please email us immediately at LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com after making sure you’ve added our email address, and checked your spam folder, if you did not receive this email.
4. Invite your friends & family and your VR Neighbors, the more the merrier! (Note: Event will be canceled if insufficient registrations received by 3 days before event date. See below.)
5. PLEASE ARRIVE 10+ minutes early for seating, getting checked in, and to get situated as we will start painting right on time. Late arrivals may have a difficult time catching up. SEATING = 1st come, 1st serve. Groups may want to arrive earlier to claim seats together.

1. Includes your choice of two wine glasses (stemmed or stemless)
2. Three design options; mix or match! (Beach hat with sunglasses and “Hello Beaches” comes with a tracer pattern!) Or paint your own design!
3. Step-by-step instruction (NO skills needed!)
4. ALL supplies needed! Including special paints specifically designed for painting on glass.
5. Emailed instructions for how to oven-cure your paint on your glasses. (Please make sure you add our email address to your email contact list.)

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

• 48 hours notice prior to start of event VIA E-MAIL only to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com = full refund less 6% (to cover all transaction fees.)
• Less than 48 hours = Sorry, NO refunds. OPTION: You may transfer your registration to someone else. PLEASE EMAIL LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com with new guest’s name.
• If event is canceled due to insufficient registrations, or any unforeseen situation, your registration fee will be refunded 100% in full.

By registering for this event, you automatically agree to be responsible for ALL of the following:

1. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your initial confirmation email by the end of the following day after you’ve registered.  (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.)
2. Contacting us ASAP at least 24-48 hours BEFORE the event if you have ANY issues!
