Private Event – VALLEY RANCH VALLEY-TINES

BEACH DATE: The perfect painting to celebrate your relationship!

Welcome to the 4th annual Valley Ranch VALLEY-TINES paint event for couples!

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with your sweetheart by painting this together… and see & meet your neighbors, virtually! Each person will receive their own pre-sketched canvas with step-by-step instruction for each canvas. When completed, put the two canvases together to create one large painting (as shown.) Customize with your personalized info!

IMPORTANT: Painters will need to pick up their charcuterie box & paint kits at the amenity center drive thru style between 11:30am – 12:30pm on Saturday, Feb. 13th. 


HOW THIS WORKS / HOW TO REGISTER:

  • Deadline to register for event is Tuesday, Feb. 9th at 11PM 
  • Early-bird Deadline = Saturday, Feb. 6th at 11PM (Receive a set of THREE ASSORTED PAINTABLE, WOODEN HEART-SHAPED CUTOUTS/ORNAMENTS! 
  • You will need access to a laptop, desktop, or tablet. (Phone is also ok, but may be too small to view live paint party.)
  1. Add LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email address book so you can receive the TWO confirmation emails!
  2. Register and pay for the event. Paid registrants will receive links and passwords via email. To assure that this virtual party remains private for this private event: Paid registrants will receive links and all important info via 2 emails.
  3. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
    1. PAYPAL = via ticket options & registration below on THIS page. (Make sure you select quantity, as it may be defaulted to zero.)
    2. ZELLE or  VENMO = Please send an email IMMEDIATELY to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com. Make sure to let us know how many you want, and any other details. You will receive an invoice with all payment options. NOTE: You are considered registered ONLY AFTER payment is received.
  4. Receive an emailed reply/confirmation (by end of following day after registering and payment being received) with your confirmation info. Important: Please email us immediately at LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com after making sure you’ve added our email address, and checked your spam folder, if you did not receive this email.
  5. Receive a 2nd/follow-up email with Zoom Link & Kit Delivery/Pick-up info, as well as any other important info, approx. 48-72 hours prior to event. Important: If you do not receive this 2nd email by 48 hours before event, contact us IMMEDIATELY after you’ve checked your spam folder. Failure to do so will cause you to miss the event. REMINDER: You must add LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email address book so our emails don’t go to your spam. We will assume that you have done so and that you’ve received BOTH of our emails with the required info. Please understand we do not call each registrant to make sure they’ve received both emails; it is your responsibility to contact us if you don’t receive BOTH emails within the specified times.
  6. Invite your VALLEY RANCH friends & neighbors, the more the merrier!
  7. LOG-IN 5-10 minutes early prior to event start the day of event, as we will start painting right away!

New to Zoom? You will receive info for a practice session in your confirmation email! Practice session will be after payment is received, and up until approx. 48 hours BEFORE event by special arrangement.

  1. Charcuterie Box: (4 Servings per box) – Varied dried and cured meats, varied cheese options, olives, fresh veggies, assorted crackers, etc. COMPLIMENTS OF VALLEY RANCH HOA!

  4. Step-by-step LIVE instruction and the opportunity to ask questions just like an in-person event!
  5. All supplies. (Yes, you get to KEEP EVERYTHING!):
    1. TWO (2) pre-sketched 11×14 canvases
    2. all paint brushes for each painter
    3. all paints
    4. single use easels x2
    5. plates for paints

    8. disposable adult-sized aprons (can be folded and trimmed to fit)

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  • 48 hours notice prior to start of event VIA E-MAIL only to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com = full refund less 8% (to cover all transaction fees.)
  • Less than 48 hours = NO refund for this event. We are sorry, but please understand that we have already assembled your kit and poured the paint into the cups for you.
  • OPTION: You may transfer your registration to another VR resident IF YOU CANCEL VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE DATE & TIME. Please email LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com
  • Please do NOT SHARE your event access.

By registering for this event, you automatically agree to be responsible for ALL of the following:

  1. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your initial confirmation email by the end of the following day after you’ve registered.  (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.)
  2. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your second email (with ZOOM link, etc.) within 48 hours before event start.  (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.)
  3. Contacting us ASAP at least 24-48 hours BEFORE the event if you have ANY issues!
