Private VR KIDS SUMMER CAMP: FULL WEEK – 2 sessions

$100 – $110

Due to liability issues: this is a PRIVATE EVENT for the residents of VR only. (We are not a licensed child care/day care of any type.) Dependent on # of registrations, we will have teen assistant(s) at each event.

VALLEY RANCH KIDS: Are you ready to get creative this summer? Join our VALLEY RANCH KIDS SUMMER ART CAMP!

This event page is for the FULL WEEK registration, and is the best value! Over $40 worth of bonuses included for this event only! (To register for individual days, please see that event registration page.)

TWO SESSIONS to choose from:

9A-10A: This session is designed for younger ones approx. 5-11 years old; and/or for those with shorter attention spans. (Parents who register their child for this earlier session, and choose the drop-off option, agree to arrive 5 minutes early for pick-up. We only have 30 minutes in between sessions and will need the time to set up for the next group.)

10:30A-12noon: This session is designed for older ones approx. 12+ years old; and/or for those with longer attention spans.

SIBLINGS: We understand that if you have children that overlap age groups, that you may need them in the same session.

Parent options:

  • Drop child/ren off with understanding that we have no childcare/daycare license. For session #1: Agree to arrive 5 minutes early for pick-up. We only have 30 minutes in between sessions and will need the time to set up for the next group.
  • Grab a chair and sit by your little artist.
  • Sit at the parents-only social table.
  • Sit at the parents-only work table (bring your laptop and log into the wifi.)


HOW TO REGISTER:

  1. DEADLINE TO REGISTER = Thursday, JULY 7th, by 11PM.
  2. EARLY-BIRD DEADLINE = Monday, JUNE 27th,  by 11PM.                        
  3. Register and pay for the event. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
    1. PAYPAL = via ticket options & registration below on THIS page. (Make sure you select quantity, as it may be defaulted to zero.)
    2. ZELLE; VENMO; or CASH APP Please send an email IMMEDIATELY to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com. Make sure to let us know how many you want, and any other details. You will receive an emailed invoice with all payment options & details.     NOTE: You are considered registered ONLY AFTER you’ve received a confirmation email that your payment was received.
  4. Receive an emailed reply/confirmation (within 72 business hours of registration, or within 72 hours prior to event: whichever comes first) with your confirmation info. Important: Please email us immediately at LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com after making sure you’ve added our email address, and checked your spam folder, if you did not receive this email.
  5. Invite your friends, the more the merrier!
  6. PLEASE ARRIVE 10+ minutes early for seating, getting checked in, placing your food & drink orders, and to get situated, as we will start painting right on time. Late arrivals may have a difficult time catching up. SEATING = 1st come, 1st serve. Groups may want to arrive earlier to claim seats together.


PRICE & WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Session #1 (9A-10A) $100 Per Painter! ($130 value!)

Session #2 (10:30A-12P)  $110 Per Painter! ($140 value!)

Included in all five session #2 events: An extra “free-style” project which may vary each day. This extra project is designed for those who finish their guided project early, or for something to keep busy if we are waiting for a painting step to dry. These “free-style” projects may include, but are not limited to: pre-sketched canvases, blank canvases, pre-cut wood shapes, specialty wood projects, “kindness rocks.”

BONUSES included for all full-week registrations only:

  1. First choice of “free-style” project for session #2 registrants.
  2. First 12 kids to register as early-birds receive a FREE PERSONALIZED APRON! Colors vary and will be selected by LET’S PAINT, Y’ALL. ($10+ value!)
  3. Buy-one-get-one FREE registration for a special Halloween painting event on October 15th! (Up to $18/20 value!) Or 1/2 off of a single registration (up to $10.) Or $18 off of any ticket family pack.

  5. Certificate of completion, suitable for framing.

All events include:

  • Use of aprons, brushes and tools as needed.
  • All paints, etc. needed.
  • Age-appropriate music.
  • Step-by-step instruction.
  • MONDAY = Geode-style paint pouring:
    • Wood surface
    • Tray for the pour and to take the wet-paint project home.
    • Choice of blues, pinks, or green colors.
    • Paint Pouring medium
    • Multi-glitter medium for geode effect.
    • Gold metallic paint for geode effect.
  • TUESDAY = Canvas Tote Bag
    • Large natural cotton, handled tote bag. 15″w x 16″h
    • Pre-sketched design, choose from 6 options.
    • Any personalization desired! (If none listed, will be left completely blank.) Choose child’s name, and/or any other wording!
    • Fabric-medium paints.
  • WEDNESDAY = Slime!
    • Two different slimes per artist:
      • fluffy foam slime
      • clear glitter or metallic slime.
    • Disposable aprons.
    • Two containers, one for each slime.
  • THURSDAY = Fish Bowl Aquarium
    • glass fish bowl
    • two rocks to paint fish designs
    • aquarium gravel
    • seashells
  • FRIDAY = Black Light Jellyfish & PIZZA PARTY from 10A-10:30A!
    • pre-sketched 8×10 canvas
    • special black light paints
    • black light will be at event so artists can see their painting glow!
    • PIZZA PARTY compliments of VALLEY RANCH HOA! Please note: The pizza will be served in between sessions, from 10A-10:30A. All session #1 & #2 registered painters will be together for this event.


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  • 48+ hours notice prior to start of event VIA E-MAIL only to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com = full refund less 6% (to cover all transaction fees.)
  • Less than 48 hours = Sorry, NO refunds. OPTION: You may send someone else in your place.
  • SOLD OUT EVENTS: Once an event is sold out, there are NO refunds, and no options to transfer fees to another event. Please understand that we are a small business and held a spot for you, and are no longer able to sell this space to another guest. EXCEPTION: We will start a “wait list” once an event is sold out, AS LONG AS THERE ARE 48+ HOURS left before the event. If we are able to sell your space to another, you will be refunded less the transaction fees. We strongly encourage you to send someone else in your place if you missed the refund dead-line, or if the event has sold out.
  • You may transfer your registration to another event ONLY with 48+hours notice via email, and ONLY IF EVENT IS NOT SOLD OUT! No transferring your registration to any future event if this event is sold out. Please send someone in your place. Please understand that we are a small business and held your spot for you.
  • No refunds for “no shows”; sorry but all fees are forfeited in this case. (Please transfer your registration to someone else if possible.)
  • ALL EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION IF INSUFFICIENT REGISTRATIONS. If event is canceled by us, due to insufficient registrations, or any unforeseen situation, your registration fee will AUTOMATICALLY be refunded 100% in full, and we will notify you via email.
  • Early-birds that qualified for free apron may be charged $10 + tax if canceling registration.

Contacting us via email if you do not receive your initial confirmation email within 72 hours of registration, or within 72 hours prior to event: whichever comes first.  (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.) NOTE: You are not considered registered unless you receive your confirmation & ticket email.
  2. Contacting us ASAP at least 24-48 hours BEFORE the event if you have ANY issues!
