Paint Event in BANDERA, TX! – CANCELED

Don’t miss out on this chance to have some step-by-step painting FUN while supporting these great businesses! We are so excited to be able to come back to paint at this awesome venue!!

Space will be limited due to social distancing, so register soon.

PAINTER’S CHOICE: CHRISTMAS TRUCK & TREE (canvas or wood), or H-O-M-E TEXAS wood cutout! These can be personalized and make GREAT GIFTS!

ALL supplies & tools included to create ay of the designs as shown.


PRICES & INFO:

  • Early-Bird BONUS! Register by Sunday, Nov. 15th 11PM and receive: FREE custom stencil to personalize your project (instead of hand-painting the words!) Stencil will fit in truck door, or within the Texas shape. (Stencil example: “The Smith Family”)

  • $30 for canvas; $35 for wood cut-outs 

  • Additional $5 Day of Event (IF space & supplies are available. Please arrive 30+ mins early so we have time to set up for you.)

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS:

    1. PAYPAL = via ticket options & registration below on THIS page. (Make sure to select quantity, as it may be defaulted to zero.)
    2. ZELLE or  VENMO = Please send an email IMMEDIATELY to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com. Make sure to let us know how many you want, and any other details. You will receive an invoice with all payment options. NOTE: You are considered registered ONLY AFTER payment is received.
    3. Receive an emailed reply/confirmation (by end of following day after registering and payment being received) with your confirmation info. Important: Please email us immediately at LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com after making sure you’ve added our email address, and checked your spam folder, if you did not receive this email.

This event is at a bar/saloon, however, is in a separate room. Open to ages 18+

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 16×20 canvas -OR- large wood cutout (H-O-M-E TX = approx. 19H” x 14W”; Truck & Tree = approx. 20L” x 13H”) All are pre-sketched!
  • Step-by-step 2 hour instruction
  • All supplies needed: paint, brushes, tools, aprons, etc
  • Music!
  • Prizes! (The number of prizes and value of prizes is dependent upon the number of pre-pad registrants.)
  • FUN while supporting TWO local, small businesses!

The stuff we have to say, and that you need to know:

* PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY! We need time to get seated and situated (Especially for groups so you can find seating together. Seating is first-come, first serve.) Painting & instruction will start on time at 4:00PM. Late arrivals acknowledge that they may not be able to catch up.

* REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: You MUST contact Let’s Paint, Yall!  LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com 48 hours or more prior to morning of event. (Refund will be in FULL if you paid by cash or check. Refunds by credit card or Paypal will be refunded in full, LESS 4% as we are charged to process refunds.) Cancellations within less than 48 full hours before morning of event: You may send someone else in your place or forfeit your payment. No shows = automatic forfeit. (Think of your ticket like any other event, such as concert, etc.) Please understand that we have bought, prepped, brought, and set up supplies for you, and reserved a spot for you, and no longer have the time or opportunity to re-sell your ticket. Please also understand that this is a bigger deal with us being a  mobile company vs a studio. Thank you! … Also: Event will be cancelled if minimum registrations have not been met by three days prior to the event. If this happens, your payment will be automatically refunded IN FULL, and you will receive emailed notification of the cancellation of event.

* ADDITIONAL $5 CHARGE THE DAY OF EVENT …  IF  SUPPLIES & SPACE ARE AVAILABLE. Must arrive 30+ minutes early for registration, seating, and to give us time to set up for you.
