You are welcome to attend any public event as an individual, or as a group as large as the venue will hold!
PRICING:
PRICES for 16x20 CANVAS START AT (prices vary for other options) Please view specific event in our calendar for that event's accurate info:
$35 per person: REGULAR PRICE (1-3 days prior to event.)
$30 per person: EARLY-BIRD PRICE up until four days prior to the event or earlier.
$40 per person: DAY OF EVENT: IF supplies & space are available. (We usually only bring a couple extra, and some venues have limited seating.) Please arrive 30 minutes or more prior to event start time to allow us enough time to set up supplies for you, for seating, and to allow payment processing.
IMPORTANT INFO:
* PLEASE ARRIVE 20 MINUTES EARLY! We need time to get seated and situated (especially for groups so you can find seating together.) Painting & instruction will start on time. Late arrivals acknowledge that they may not be able to catch up.
* REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: You MUST contact Let’s Paint, Yall! LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com 48 hours or more prior to morning of event. Cancellations within less than 48 full hours before morning of event: You may send someone else in your place or forfeit your payment. No shows = automatic forfeit. (Think of your ticket like any other event, such as concert, etc.) Please understand that we have bought, prepped, brought, and set up supplies for you, and reserved a spot for you, and no longer have the time or opportunity to re-sell your ticket. Please also understand that this is a bigger deal with us being a mobile company vs a studio. Thank you!
* Event will be cancelled if minimum registrations have not been met by three days prior to the event. If this happens, your payment will be automatically refunded in full, and you will receive emailed notification of the cancellation of event.
