HILL COUNTRY RETREAT residents!  Are you ready for a break from the TV to get some creative relief? Do you want to “see” some of your neighbors? … Well get ready for BOTH! Join us for this virtual paint party. (This event is PRIVATE for HCR residents.)

We will be having an on-line party via ZOOM. Fair warning: This means you’ll be able to see each other LOL. (Option to stay hidden.) So put on your favorite quarantine outfit, grab a glass of wine, and get comfy and ready to have some CREATIVE FUN & SEE SOME FRIENDS!

SPRING CACTUS is a fun and easy painting with some splashes of pinks and shimmering metallic gold to brighten your quarantine period. This is the perfect painting for Spring time in San Antonio. And YES, the cactus will be pre-sketched for you!

HOW THIS WORKS / HOW TO REGISTER:

You will need:

• Access to a laptop, desktop, or tablet. (Phone is also ok, but may be too small to view live paint party.)
• Access to Facebook. (If you do not have access to FB, please email immediately so we can work around that.)

1. Add LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email address book so you can receive the confirmation email.
2. Register and pay for the event by ordering tickets below. Paid registrants will receive links and passwords via email. To assure that this virtual party remains private for HCR residents: YOU MUST ENTER THE CODE PROVIDED TO YOU BY HCR IN ORDER TO  REGISTER. Paid registrants will receive links and passwords via email.
3. Receive an emailed reply with your confirmation info.
4. Join the PRIVATE FB GROUP as outlined in your emailed confirmation. You will be asked a couple of very simple questions for verification. Again, this is to prevent ill-intended people from “crashing” and being inappropriate. Please join the FB Group ASAP, and check back as any important info re: the paint party will be shared on this page.
5. Invite your HCR friends and neighbors, the more the merrier!
6. Check the FB Group page periodically, as this is where I will share important info re: the virtual paint party.
7. Your registration INCLUDES ALL SUPPLIES NEEDED! Want an even better reason to register for this event? Your PAINT KIT will be DELIVERED TO YOUR DOORSTEP! Want ANOTHER reason? You get to KEEP EVERYTHING IN THE KIT!
8. Deadline to register is Thursday, April 9th at NOON. Kits will be delivered on Thu. Apr. 9th, sometime after 1PM.
9. Want to paint with your household partner? There is an option to receive TWO KITS for a discount! (Make sure you choose the “PARTNER” option. Both kits will be delivered to the same address.) Note: In this “family pack”, paint cups are shared. Only 1 paint cup of each color. Paint cup is either larger, and/or filled higher. All other items = per person.
10. The day of event: Please make sure that you LOG-IN 10-15 minutes early prior to event start.

What’s included:

1. Step-by-step LIVE instruction and the opportunity to ask questions just like an in-person event!
2. All supplies. (Yes, you get to KEEP EVERYTHING!):
   1. 11×14 pre-sketched canvas
   2. cardboard easel
   3. all paint colors
   4. three paint brushes
   5. plate for paints
   6. cup for water

   8. disposable adult-sized apron
3. All supplies delivered to your door step on Thu., April 9, after 1PM.
4. Access to a private FB page for your group where you will receive important info prior to the event, and where you can also interact with your other neighbors prior to the event who will be painting with us!
5. PRIZES! YES, we will still have a prize! (The # of prize(s) and value of prizes is dependent upon the # of registrants.) Details will be in the Private FB Page.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

• 48 hours notice prior to start of event VIA E-MAIL only to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com = full refund less 8% (to cover both transaction fees.)
• Less than 48 hours = $10 refund only. We are sorry, but please understand that we have already assembled your kit and poured the paint into the cups for you.
• OPTION: You may transfer your registration to another HCR resident IF YOU CANCEL VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE DATE & TIME. Please email LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com
• Please do NOT SHARE your event access. Everyone needs to pay and register. It is not fair to those whom have paid if you give the event to others for free, and doing so will be considered theft which will result in your removal from the group and loss of all $ paid.
