HILL COUNTRY RETREAT RESIDENTS! Are you ready for another night of creative fun?! If you missed our last event, make sure to join your neighbors for this one! Get together with some of your neighbors and meet some new ones.

Join us for this on-line virtual paint party with step-by-step instructions, no skills needed as we paint the SIMPLY BLESSED SUNFLOWER on WOOD together! With hints of metallic gold and copper, this painting adds just the right amount of sparkle to brighten your quarantined time at home.

We will be having an on-line party via ZOOM. Fair warning: This means you’ll be able to see each other LOL. (Option to stay hidden.) So put on your favorite quarantine outfit, grab a glass of wine, and get comfy and ready to have some CREATIVE FUN & SEE SOME FRIENDS!

HOW THIS WORKS / HOW TO REGISTER:

Deadline to register is Wednesday, May 27th, 11AM.

You will need:

• Access to a laptop, desktop, or tablet. (Phone is also ok, but may be too small to view live paint party.)
• Access to Facebook. (If you do not have access to FB, please email immediately so we can work around that.)

1. Add LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email address book so you can receive the confirmation email.
2. Register and pay for the event by ordering tickets below. To assure that this virtual party remains private for HCR residents: YOU MUST ENTER THE CODE PROVIDED TO YOU BY HCR IN ORDER TO  REGISTER.
3. Receive an emailed reply with your confirmation info. (Make sure you’ve added our email address so it doesn’t go to your spam!)
4. Join the PRIVATE FB GROUP as outlined in your emailed confirmation. You will be asked a couple of very simple questions for verification. This is to prevent ill-intended people from “crashing” and being inappropriate. Please join the FB Group ASAP, and check back as any important info re: the paint party will be shared on this page.
5. Invite your HCR friends and neighbors, the more the merrier!
6. Check the FB Group page periodically, as this is where I will share important info re: the virtual paint party.
7. Your registration INCLUDES ALL SUPPLIES NEEDED! Want an even better reason to register for this event? Your PAINT KIT will be DELIVERED TO YOUR DOORSTEP! Want ANOTHER reason? You get to KEEP EVERYTHING IN THE KIT! 

•  Kits will be delivered on Wed., May 27th, sometime after 1PM.
• Want to paint with your household partner? There is an option to receive TWO KITS for a discount! (Make sure you choose the “PARTNER” option. Both kits will be delivered to the same address.)
• The day of event: Please make sure that you LOG-IN 10-15 minutes early prior to event start.

What’s included:

$28 per person 

$50 per “partner pack” for TWO people  Note: In this “family pack”, paint cups are shared. Only 1 paint cup of each color. Paint cup is either larger, and/or filled higher. All other items = per person.

1. Step-by-step LIVE instruction and the opportunity to ask questions just like an in-person event!
2. All supplies. (Yes, you get to keep everything!):
   1. 18″x 8″ pre-sketched wood board
   2. all paint colors
   3. paint brushes as needed
   4. plate for paints
   5. cup for water
   6. paper towel
   7. disposable adult-sized apron
   8. tracer for wording
   9. chalk for wording
3. All supplies delivered to your door step on Wednesday, May 27th, after 1PM.
4. Access to a private FB page for your group where you will receive important info prior to the event, and where you can also interact with your other neighbors prior to the event who will be painting with us!
5. Chance to win prizes!

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

• 48 hours notice prior to start of event VIA E-MAIL only to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com = full refund less 8% (to cover both transaction fees.)
• Less than 48 hours = $10 refund only. We are sorry, but please understand that we have already assembled your kit and poured the paint into the cups for you.
• OPTION: You may transfer your registration to another COPPER CANYON resident IF YOU CANCEL VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE DATE & TIME. Please email LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com
• Please do NOT SHARE your event access. Everyone needs to pay and register. It is not fair to those whom have paid if you give the event to others for free, and doing so will be considered theft which will result in your removal from the group and loss of all $ paid.

By registering for this event, you automatically agree to be responsible for ALL of the following:

1. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your confirmation email by the end of the following day after you’ve registered, OR by noon the day before event, whichever comes first. (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.)
2. Joining the FB Group page ASAP as listed in your confirmation email.
3. Reading over all info and announcements listed in the FB Group page well before start of event.
4. Understanding that if you do not join the FB Group page, that you will miss the entire event. (This is where FB Lives will take place for public events, and where Zoom links will be posted for private events.)
5. Contacting us ASAP well before the event if you have ANY issues! (General questions can be asked on the FB Group page, as it may help the entire group.)
