Private Event – Hill Country Retreat

HILL COUNTRY RETREAT: Paint your own GRAPE-THEMED LIGHTED WINE BOTTLE from the comfort of your own home! All while being able to interact with and meet new HCR neighbors!

This is our FIFTH virtual paint party with HCR since Covid’s sheltering-in-place began, and we are so excited as this always proves to be a FUN time for all!


HOW THIS WORKS / HOW TO REGISTER:

  • Deadline to register for event is Sunday, Sept. 20th at 11PM
  • You will need access to a laptop, desktop, or tablet. (Phone is also ok, but may be too small to view live paint party.)
  1. Add LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email address book so you can receive the TWO confirmation emails!!
  2. Register and pay for the event. Paid registrants will receive links and passwords via email. To assure that this virtual party remains private for HCR RESIDENTS & YOUR GROUP: YOU MUST ENTER THE CODE PROVIDED TO YOU BY YOUR HOA IN ORDER TO  REGISTER. Paid registrants will receive links and all important info via 2 emails.
  3. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
    1. PAYPAL = via ticket options & registration below on THIS page. (Make sure you select quantity, as quantity is defaulted to zero.)
    2. ZELLE = LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com  (You MUST send an email IMMEDIATELY to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to let me know you’ve paid via this method, and so that you can receive the email with all important and needed event info & details.)
    3. VENMO = @elsje-bos  (You MUST send an email IMMEDIATELY to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to let me know you’ve paid via this method, and so that you can receive the email with all important and needed event info & details.)
  4. Receive an emailed reply/confirmation (by end of following day after registering and payment being received) with your confirmation info. Important: Please email us immediately at LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com after making sure you’ve added our email address, and checked your spam folder, if you did not receive this email.
  5. Receive a 2nd/follow-up email with Zoom Link & Kit Delivery/Pick-up info, as well as any other important info, approx. 48-72 hours prior to event. Important: If you do not receive this 2nd email by 48 hours before event, contact us IMMEDIATELY after you’ve checked your spam folder. Failure to do so will cause you to miss the event. REMINDER: You must add LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email address book so our emails don’t go to your spam. We will assume that you have done so and that you’ve received BOTH of our emails with the required info. Please understand we do not call each registrant to make sure they’ve received both emails; it is your responsibility to contact us if you don’t receive BOTH emails within the specified times.
  6. Invite your HCR friends & neighbors, the more the merrier!
  7. LOG-IN 10 minutes early prior to event start the day of event, as we will start painting right away!

PRICE & WHAT’S INCLUDED:

$28 per person ($2 discount for our HCR friends!)

  1. Step-by-step LIVE instruction and the opportunity to ask questions just like an in-person event!
  2. All supplies. (Yes, you get to KEEP EVERYTHING!):
    1. clean wine bottle (your choice of color and “frosted” or clear)
    2.  “CORK” with LIGHTS!
    3. all paint colors
    4. paint brushes
    5. plate for paints
    6. cup for water
    7. paper towel
    8. disposable adult-sized apron (can be folded and trimmed to fit)
  3. All items delivered (no-contact) to your HCR front-porch! (Kit delivery details will be in second/follow-up email. Please see  #2 & #4 in above section “How This Works.”)
  4. Opportunities to meet and connect with your HCR friends & neighbors!
  5. New to Zoom? You will receive info for a practice session in your confirmation email! Practice session will be after payment is received, and up until approx. 48 hours BEFORE event by special arrangement.
  6. Chances to win PRIZES!

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  • 48 hours notice prior to start of event VIA E-MAIL only to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com = full refund less 8% (to cover all transaction fees.)
  • Less than 48 hours = $10 refund only. We are sorry, but please understand that we have already assembled your kit and poured the paint into the cups for you.
  • OPTION: You may transfer your registration to another HCR resident IF YOU CANCEL VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE DATE & TIME. Please email LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com
  • Please do NOT SHARE your event access. Everyone needs to pay and register. It is not fair to those whom have paid if you give the event to others for free, and doing so will be considered theft which will result in your removal from the group and loss of all $ paid.

By registering for this event, you automatically agree to be responsible for ALL of the following:

  1. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your initial confirmation email by the end of the following day after you’ve registered.  (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.)
  2. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your second email (with ZOOM link, etc.) within 48 hours before event start.  (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.)
  3. Contacting us ASAP at least 24-48 hours BEFORE the event if you have ANY issues!
