(PRIVATE EVENT/ not free- website error/issue) VALLEY RANCH, are y’all ready for summer? Please join us for the first IN-PERSON painting event in over a year! Let’s celebrate, hang out, and paint this adorable SUMMER WATERMELON GNOME together!

This event is open to ALL AGES, for VR Residents and their guests.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

• EARLY-BIRD deadline to register is Friday, June 18, 11PM (Receive a FREE small toy or small paint kit! Selection = 1st come, 1st serve.)
• Deadline to register is Tuesday, June 22nd, 11PM

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Add LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email address book so you can receive the confirmation email (or it will go to spam folder.)
2. Register and pay for the event.   PAYMENT OPTIONS:
   1. PAYPAL = via ticket options & registration below on THIS page. (Make sure you select quantity, as it may be defaulted to zero.)
   2. CASH; CHECK; ZELLE; VENMO; or CASH APP = Please send an email IMMEDIATELY to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com. Make sure to let us know how many you want, and any other details. You will receive an emailed invoice with all payment options & details.      NOTE: You are considered registered ONLY AFTER payment is received.
3. Receive an emailed reply/confirmation (by end of following day after registering and payment being received) with your confirmation info. Important: Please email us immediately at LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com after making sure you’ve added our email address, and checked your spam folder, if you did not receive this email.
4. Invite your friends & family and your VR Neighbors, the more the merrier! (Note: Event will be canceled if insufficient registrations received by 3 days before event date. See below.)
5. PLEASE ARRIVE 10+ minutes early for seating, getting checked in, and to get situated as we will start painting right on time. Late arrivals may have a difficult time catching up. SEATING = 1st come, 1st serve. Groups may want to arrive earlier to claim seats together.

$20 $18 per person prepaid   ($23 day of, only IF supplies & space are available)

1. Step-by-step instruction (NO skills needed!)
2. ALL supplies needed, including 8×10 pre-sketched canvas & use of apron.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

• 48 hours notice prior to start of event VIA E-MAIL only to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com = full refund less 6% (to cover all transaction fees.)
• Less than 48 hours = Sorry, NO refunds. OPTION: You may transfer your registration to someone else. PLEASE EMAIL LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com with new guest’s name.
• If event is canceled due to insufficient registrations, or any unforeseen situation, your registration fee will be refunded 100% in full.

By registering for this event, you automatically agree to be responsible for ALL of the following:

1. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your initial confirmation email by the end of the following day after you’ve registered.  (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.)
2. Contacting us ASAP at least 24-48 hours BEFORE the event if you have ANY issues!
