Hi Crafters of Vintage Oaks!

I’m excited to come out and paint these BLUEBONNETS IN BOOTS with you!

A couple things:

Normally the minimum prepaid for New Braunfels is 12+. However, since I met DiNora at an event at one of my more regular venues, I am reducing the minimum to only ten. Although more are welcome! (Note: If the minimum # of painters is not met by the registration deadline, the event will need to be canceled or rescheduled.)

I do have an event in the Alamo Ranch area that same day, so I would definitely need to leave by 3PM at the latest. What this means for this event:

I would need to be able to start setting up no later than 11am for 10-15 painters. If there will be more, I would need to be able to arrive earlier for setting up. (If this is not available, I am happy to reschedule for a date where I do not have another event.)

Tentative schedule:

11AM (or earlier) = My arrival for setting up (please have all tables & chairs already set up prior to my arrival, I will cover tables and take care of the rest.)

11:45AM = All guests arrive for seating and to get situated.

12noon = Painting event starts

2P-3P = Group photos & my cleaning up

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. DEADLINE TO REGISTER = Sunday, May 1st, by 11PM.
2. EARLY-BIRD DEADLINE = Sunday, Apr. 24th,  by 11PM.                        
3. Register and pay for the event. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
   1. PAYPAL = via ticket options & registration below on THIS page. (Make sure you select quantity, as it may be defaulted to zero.)

   2. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT BEFORE SENDING AN EMAIL. An invoice will be emailed to you. Thank you.

      1. Options include: ZELLE; VENMO; or CASH APP = >>> Please send an email IMMEDIATELY afterward to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com so we can send you the confirmation info. <<< Make sure to let us know how many you want, and any other details. You will receive an emailed invoice with all payment options & details.     NOTE: You are considered registered ONLY AFTER you’ve received a confirmation email that your payment was received.
4. Receive an emailed reply/confirmation (within 72 business hours of registration, or within 72 hours prior to event: whichever comes first) with your confirmation info. Important: Please email us immediately at LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com after making sure you’ve added our email address, and checked your spam folder, if you did not receive this email.
5. PLEASE ARRIVE 10+ minutes early for seating, getting checked in, and to get situated, as we will start painting right on time. Late arrivals may have a difficult time catching up.

PRICE & WHAT’S INCLUDED:

ONLY $30 Per Painter! (Must pre-register) Day of =$35 CASH ONLY, and ONLY if space & supplies are available.

1. Pre-sketched 16×20 canvas.
2. Step-by-step instruction (NO skills needed!)
3. ALL supplies needed! (Use of apron, paints, brushes, tracers, etc.)

7. EARLY-BIRD registrations receive a ticket for a door-prize drawing!

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

• 48+ hours notice prior to start of event VIA E-MAIL only to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com = full refund less 6% (to cover all transaction fees.)
• Less than 48 hours = Sorry, NO refunds. OPTION: You may send someone else in your place.
• No refunds for “no shows”; sorry but all fees are forfeited in this case. (Please transfer your registration to someone else if possible.)
• If event is canceled due to insufficient registrations, or any unforeseen situation, your registration fee will be refunded less 6% PayPal or orther fees.

By registering for this event, you automatically agree to be responsible for ALL of the following:

1. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your initial confirmation email within 72 hours of registration, or within 72 hours prior to event: whichever comes first.  (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.) NOTE: You are not considered registered unless you receive your confirmation & ticket email.
2. Contacting us ASAP at least 24-48 hours BEFORE the event if you have ANY issues!
