Special Valentine’s Event for COUPLES or INDIVIDUALS! (21+)

A TOAST TO LOVE

Celebrate your love with a toast that splashes the wine into a heart shape! Metallic gold accents help make this beautiful painting sparkle! (Bottles will be pre-sketched. Templates for glasses.) Personalize the wine bottle labels with your names and year, or however you choose!

COUPLES: Each will paint their own 16×20 canvas. When put side-by-side, forms a large 20×32 painting. (Must specify COUPLE during registration to ensure the correct size boots & heart.)

• $60 EarlyBird rate: by Feb. 11th, 11PM.
• $70 Regular rate: by Feb. 12-14th, 11PM
• $80 Day of event (arrive 30+ mins early to allow for your set-up & payment processing)

INDIVIDUALS: Each will paint their own 16×20 canvas which will be a smaller scaled version of the entire design.

• $30 EarlyBird rate: by Feb. 11th, 11PM.
• $35 Regular rate: by Feb. 12-14th, 11PM
• $40 Day of event (arrive 30+ mins early to allow for your set-up & payment processing)

IMPORTANT:

• Tonight’s playlist will consist of YOUR SONG. Choose your wedding song or whatever song is special to you as a couple. Enter the song info on the REGISTRATION FORM.
• You may purchase a personalized stencil with both of your first names for the lower left side of the painting for an additional $2 payable in cash at the event. Please list both of your first names in the “additional comments” section of the registration form.

* PLEASE ARRIVE 20-30 MINUTES EARLY! We need time to get seated and situated (Especially for groups so you can find seating together.) Painting & instruction will start on time at 6:00PM. Late arrivals acknowledge that they may not be able to catch up.

* REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: You MUST contact Let’s Paint, Yall!  LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com 48 hours or more prior to morning of event. Cancellations within less than 48 full hours before morning of event: You may send someone else in your place or forfeit your payment. No shows = automatic forfeit. (Think of your ticket like any other event, such as concert, etc.) Please understand that we have bought, prepped, brought, and set up supplies for you, and reserved a spot for you, and no longer have the time or opportunity to re-sell your ticket. Please also understand that this is a bigger deal with us being a  mobile company vs a studio. Thank you! … Also: Event will be cancelled if minimum registrations have not been met by three days prior to the event. If this happens, your payment will be automatically refunded in full, and you will receive emailed notification of the cancellation of event.

ADDITIONAL $5 CHARGE PER PERSON THE DAY OF EVENT …  IF  SUPPLIES & SPACE ARE AVAILABLE. Must arrive 30+ minutes early for registration and to give us time to set up for you.

EARLY BIRDS RECEIVE A FREE STENCIL!!! A custom stencil will be created with each of your FIRST NAMES to use in the left section of the painting!! Make sure to specify your (two) first names in the bottom of the registration form. (Yes, this is available to both INDIVIDUALS & COUPLES.)
