SHIPPING PAYMENT:

• Shipping and delivery costs MUST be PREPAID.
• Shipping and delivery will be INVOICED. It can be included in your original invoice at time of order. You may also opt to have a separate invoice for shipping &/or delivery charges.

SHIPPING:

• Shipping is done primarily via USPS 2-Day PRIORITY MAIL. However, depending on location, USPS 2-Day Priority mail can take from 1-5 days in NORMAL situations.
• Tracking updates will be monitored and provided via email.
• Shipping for 11x14 or 8x10 kits = $10 per address
• Combined shipping = $15 for two kits to same address.
• We ship in pizza boxes. The maximum # of kits that fit in one box is two.
• All monies are due 3+ weeks prior to event to allow adequate time for assembling and shipping of kits, and to allow for any unforeseen shipping delays.
• Kits are shipped 7-10 days prior to event.

LIMITED DELIVERY SERVICE:

• We provide delivery of kits for your local event. Kits will be delivered to ONE local address in 78023, 78253, 78254. You may then deliver kits to your guests, or have them pick the kits up from you.
• If you live outside of 78023, 78253, or 78254, but are still within the San Antonio area, you can make arrangements via email to receive all of your kits for a single event at an agreed upon LOCAL public parking lot. (This service is FREE of charge, unless meeting is outside of our local area.)

PICK-UP:

• You may opt to pick-up any number of kits at no-charge in the 78254 area (near Harlan High School.)
