FLAMINGO – Virtual Paint Party

Getting bored of watching tv? Paint this fun FAB FLAMINGO with us virtually, step-by-step! No skills needed.


HOW THIS WORKS / HOW TO REGISTER:

Deadline to register WITH KIT is Sunday, July 26th at 11PM.

Deadline to register for VIRTUAL ONLY is Tuesday, July 28th at 11PM.

You will need:

  • Access to a laptop, desktop, or tablet. (Phone is also ok, but may be too small to view live paint party.)
  • Access to Facebook.
  1. Add LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email address book so you can receive the confirmation email.
  2. Register and pay for the event by ordering tickets below. Paid registrants will receive links and passwords via email. Paid registrants will receive links and passwords via email.
  3. Receive an emailed reply with your confirmation info.
  4. Join the PRIVATE FB GROUP as outlined in your emailed confirmation. You will be asked a couple of very simple questions for verification. Please join the FB Group ASAP, and check back as any important info re: the paint party will be shared on this page.
  5. Invite your friends, the more the merrier!
  6. Check the FB Group page periodically, as this is where I will share important info re: the virtual paint party.
  7. The day of event: Please make sure that you LOG-IN 10-15 minutes early prior to event start.

OPTIONS & PRICES:

Option #1

$25 per person = VIRTUAL EVENT + COMPLETE KIT

What’s included:

  1. Step-by-step LIVE instruction and the opportunity to ask questions just like an in-person event!
  2. All supplies. (Yes, you get to KEEP EVERYTHING!):
    1. 11X14 pre-sketched canvas
    2. easel
    3. all paint colors
    4. paint brushes
    5. plate for paints
    6. cup for water
    7. paper towel
    8. disposable adult-sized apron
  3.  Kits will be available the afternoon of Monday, July 27th. You may do a porch pick-up in the 78254 area, or see our LIMITED DELIVERY OPTIONS.
  4. Access to a private FB page for your group where you will receive important info prior to the event, and where you can also interact with your other neighbors prior to the event who will be painting with us!
  5. Chance to win PRIZES! Details will be in the Private FB Page.

Option #2:

$20 per person = COMPLETE KIT ONLY (Note: There are no “tickets” for purchasing a kit only. Please email LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to purchase a kit only.)

  4. Access to a private FB page for your group where you will receive important info prior to the event, and where you can also interact with your other neighbors prior to the event who will be painting with us!

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  • 48 hours notice prior to start of event VIA E-MAIL only to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com = full refund less 8% (to cover both transaction fees.)
  • Less than 48 hours = $10 refund only. We are sorry, but please understand that we have already assembled your kit and poured the paint into the cups for you.
  • OPTION: You may transfer your registration to another person IF YOU CANCEL VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE DATE & TIME. Please email LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com
  • Please do NOT SHARE your event access. Everyone needs to pay and register. It is not fair to those whom have paid if you give the event to others for free, and doing so will be considered theft which will result in your removal from the group and loss of all $ paid.

By registering for this event, you automatically agree to be responsible for ALL of the following:

  1. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your confirmation email by the end of the following day after you’ve registered, OR by noon the day before event, whichever comes first. (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.)
  2. Joining the FB Group page ASAP as listed in your confirmation email if you’ve registered VIRTUAL EVENT. There may be time sensitive info!
  3. Reading over all info and announcements listed in the FB Group page well before start of event.
  4. Understanding that if you do not join the FB Group page, that you will miss the entire event. (This is where FB Lives will take place for public events, and where Zoom links will be posted for private events.)
  5. Contacting us ASAP well before the event if you have ANY issues! (General questions can be asked on the FB Group page, as it may help the entire group.)
