Pineapple Palooza Virtual Paint Party

Paint with us from the comfort of your own home, no experience needed! Join us on-line for this virtual paint party with step-by-step instructions!

This whimsical pineapple is so fun and EASY to paint! It’s the perfect choice to add some colorful cheerfulness to your home decor, AND some relaxed creative fun to break the boredom of being quarantined.

Pour yourself a glass of wine, grab a snack, and put on some of your favorite music, and make this a quarantined night to remember!  


HOW THIS WORKS/HOW TO REGISTER:

Deadline to register: Wednesday, May 20th, by NOON for limited delivery; or Thu. May 21st for Kit pick-up or Virtual Only.

You will need:

  • Access to a laptop, desktop, or tablet. (Phone is also ok, but may be too small to view live paint party.)
  • Access to Facebook.
  1. Add LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email address book so you can receive the confirmation email.
  2. Register and pay for the event by ordering tickets below. Paid registrants will receive links and passwords via email.
  3. Receive an emailed reply with your confirmation info.
  4. Join the PRIVATE FB GROUP as outlined in your emailed confirmation. You will be asked a couple of very simple questions for verification. This is to prevent ill-intended people from “crashing” and being inappropriate. Please join the FB Group ASAP, and check back as any important info re: the paint party will be shared on this page.
  5. Invite your friends and neighbors, the more the merrier!
  6. Check the FB Group page periodically, as this is where I will share important info re: the virtual paint party.
  7. Kits will be delivered on Wednesday, May 20th, sometime after 1PM, ONLY IF YOU QUALIFY FOR DELIVERY, otherwise porch pick-up will available WITH EMAILED COMMUNICATION. Click here for delivery info.
  8. Please do NOT SHARE your event access!Everyone needs to pay and register. It is not fair to those whom have paid if you give the event to others for free, and doing so will be considered theft which will result in your removal from the group and loss of all $ paid.

COST & OPTIONS:

OPTIONS 1 & 2: Virtual Party WITH Kit(s)

$25 per person; $45 for two people* 

What’s included:

  1. Step-by-step LIVE instruction and the opportunity to ask questions just like an in-person event!
  2. All supplies. (Yes, you get to KEEP EVERYTHING!):
    1. Pre-sketched 11×14 Canvas
    2. All paint colors
    3. All paint brushes needed
    4. Plate for paints
    5. Cup for water
    6. Paper towel
    7. Disposable adult-sized apron
  3. Access to a private FB page for your group where you will receive important info prior to the event, ask questions, and where you can also interact with your others prior to the event who will be painting with us!
  4. Chance to win PRIZES! YES, we will still have a prize! (The # of prize(s) and/or value of prizes is dependent upon: the # of registrants, the # of people participating in drawing, and whether the winner is local or long-distance.) Details will be in the Private FB Page.

*OPTION 2: $45:

Want to paint with your household partner? (Includes all of the above.) There is an option to receive TWO KITS for a discount! (Make sure you choose the “PARTNER” option. If delivery, both kits will be delivered to the same address.) Note: In this “family pack”, paint cups are shared. Only 1 paint cup of each color. Paint cup is either larger, and/or filled higher. All other items = per person.

To Register & Pay:

  1. Purchase tickets below.
  2. OR: VENMO = Username = @Elsje-Bos (you will see our TX paint palette logo.) If using Venmo, you MUST send us an email at LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to let us know so that you can receive links and passwords via email.

Once you pay, you will receive emailed info for access to a private FB Page just for this event, with more info, including  the printable pattern to trace onto your canvas, and the supply list.


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY for PARTY ONLY:

  • 48 hours notice prior to start of event VIA E-MAIL only to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com = full refund less 8% (to cover both transaction fees.)
  • Less than 48 hours = a 50% refund, or can be transferred to someone else WITH emailed notification to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com.
  • Please do NOT SHARE your event access! Everyone needs to pay and register. It is not fair to those whom have paid if you give the event to others for free, and doing so will be considered theft which will result in your removal from the group and loss of all $ paid.

PLEASE LOG-IN 10 minutes EARLY the day of event, as event will start on time. Please have all supplies ready, and set-up at this time.


By registering for this event, you automatically agree to be responsible for ALL of the following:

  1. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your confirmation email by the end of the following day after you’ve registered, OR by noon the day before event, whichever comes first. (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.)
  2. Joining the FB Group page ASAP as listed in your confirmation email.
  3. Reading over all info and announcements listed in the FB Group page well before start of event.
  4. Understanding that if you do not join the FB Group page, that you will miss the entire event. (This is where FB Lives will take place for public events, and where Zoom links will be posted for private events.)
  5. Contacting us ASAP well before the event if you have ANY issues! (General questions can be asked on the FB Group page, as it may help the entire group.)
