Public Fundraiser for NEW BEGINNINGS CHILDREN’S HOME

Join us for this very special PAINT & SIP FUNDRAISER to benefit the NEW BEGINNINGS CHILDREN’S HOME  in San Antonio!

Invite some friends and paint some memories together while sipping on fabulous local wines to raise money for a great, local cause! …And it’s PAINTER’S CHOICE so you can each paint what you like! 

MEDINA RIVER WINERY, the local winery in Castroville, TX, will join us and will have their fabulous local wine available for purchase- and a portion of all wine sales will be donated as well! ID required.

SPARKLES SPECIALTY SWEETS, a local baker/pastry chef (specializing in gluten-free!), will also be joining us and will have yummy sweet treats available for purchase- and a portion of all treat sales will also be donated!

LET’S PAINT, Y’ALL normally donates $10 of each ticket to fundraisers. However, since NEW BEGINNINGS CHILDREN’S HOME is very special to us for multiple reasons, we will be donating a whopping $25 of each ticket sold! **



HOW TO REGISTER:

  1. DEADLINE TO REGISTER = Monday, Apr. 18th, by 11PM.
  2. EARLY-BIRD DEADLINE = Monday, Apr. 11th,  by 11PM.                        
  3. Register and pay for the event. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
    1. PAYPAL = via ticket options & registration below on THIS page. (Make sure you select quantity, as it may be defaulted to zero.)
    2. ZELLE; VENMO; or CASH APP Please send an email IMMEDIATELY to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com. Make sure to let us know how many you want, and any other details. You will receive an emailed invoice with all payment options & details.     NOTE: You are considered registered ONLY AFTER you’ve received a confirmation email that your payment was received.
  4. Receive an emailed reply/confirmation (within 72 business hours of registration, or within 72 hours prior to event: whichever comes first) with your confirmation info. Important: Please email us immediately at LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com after making sure you’ve added our email address, and checked your spam folder, if you did not receive this email.
  5. Invite your friends, the more the merrier!
  6. PLEASE ARRIVE 10+ minutes early for seating, getting checked in, placing your food & drink orders, and to get situated, as we will start painting right on time. Late arrivals may have a difficult time catching up. SEATING = 1st come, 1st serve. Groups may want to arrive earlier to claim seats together.


PRICE & WHAT’S INCLUDED:

ONLY $35-$38 Per Painter! Three options to choose from! (Must pre-register) Day of = additional $5 CASH ONLY, and ONLY if space & supplies are available.

OPTIONS #1 & #2 = $35 for choice of 16×20 canvas

($25 of each ticket will be donated to the NBCH Fundraiser!**)

  1. Pre-sketched 16×20 canvas.
    • SUNFLOWER
      • Choose your own color for the background! (Sample = teal green)
      • Choose what you you would like it to say (Sample = “Simply Blessed”)
        • Everyone gets the option of “Simply Blessed”, or may freehand their own wording of choice. Special helpful tips given for free-hand.
        • EARLY-BIRDS will have the choice to receive a “tracer” of any wording of their choosing!
    • TEXAS STATE LANDSCAPE
      • Everyone gets the option of “Welcome Y’all”, or may freehand their own wording of choice. Special helpful tips given for free-hand.
      • EARLY-BIRDS will have the choice to receive a “tracer” of any wording of their choosing!
  2. Step-by-step instruction (NO skills needed!)
  3. ALL supplies needed! (Use of apron, paints, brushes, tracers, etc.)
  4. Music!
  5. Prizes!
  6. FUN!
  7. EARLY-BIRD registrations receive a FREE bonus of a custom wording tracer! (Note: The more words chosen, the smaller the font. We do not spell check or correct grammatical/punctuation errors; we simply cut & paste. It is up to you to verify your wording.)

** As our normal donation amount per ticket is $10, but for this event we will be donating $25 of each ticket sold: For every 20-25 guests over 25, an assistant will be hired. Their $10/hr pay will come from this amount first. 100% of all of the balance of every $25 of each ticket sold will be donated to NBCH. (ie: If 5o tickets are sold, approx. $50/75 will be paid to an assistant, with the remaining balance of approx. $1,200 being donated!)


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  • There are NO REFUNDS for FUNDRAISER EVENTS. If you are not able to attend, please send someone in your place.
  • No refunds for “no shows”; sorry but all fees are forfeited. (Please transfer your registration to someone else if possible.)
  • If event is canceled by us, due to insufficient registrations, or any unforeseen situation, your registration fee will be refunded 100% in full.
  1. Contact us via email if you do not receive your initial confirmation email within 72 hours of registration, or within 72 hours prior to event: whichever comes first.  (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.) NOTE: You are not considered registered unless you receive your confirmation & ticket email.
  2. Contact us ASAP at least 24-48 hours BEFORE the event if you have ANY issues!


NOTE: If you experience any issues with trying to purchase ticket(s), please send us an email right away to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com and let us know how many tickets you’d like, and for which event. We will send you an invoice via PayPal with multiple payment options listed. Our apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you!
