Virtual – THANKSGIVING GNOME

How cute is this THANKSGIVING GNOME?! Paint him with step-by-step instruction from the comfort of your own home on a pre-sketched canvas or wood.

He is sure to become a favorite piece of your annual Fall decor… Going to someone’s home for Thanksgiving dinner? He also makes a great hostess gift!

JOIN the step-by-step LIVE VIRTUAL EVENT on Thursday, Nov. 19th, from 7-9PM (& ask questions along the way!)…

OR CHOOSE TO WATCH THE VIDEO ANYTIME through November 26th… or both!


HOW THIS WORKS / HOW TO REGISTER:

You will need:

  • Access to a laptop, desktop, or tablet. (Phone is also ok, but may be too small to view live paint party.)
  • Access to Facebook.
  1. Add LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com to your email address book so you can receive the confirmation email & event link.
  2. Register and pay for the event. Paid registrants will receive links and passwords via email.
    1. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
      1. PAYPAL = via ticket options & registration below on THIS page. (Make sure you select quantity, as it may be defaulted to zero.)
      2. ZELLE or  VENMO = Please send an email IMMEDIATELY to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com. Make sure to let us know how many you want, and any other details. You will receive an invoice with all payment options. NOTE: You are considered registered ONLY AFTER payment is received.
  3. Receive an emailed reply/confirmation info. Important: If you did not receive the confirmation email by the end of the following day after registering: Please email us immediately at LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com (after making sure you’ve added our email address, and after checking your spam folder.)
  4. Join the PRIVATE FB GROUP ASAP as outlined in your emailed confirmation. You will be asked a couple of very simple questions for verification. Please join the FB Group ASAP, and check back as any important info re: the paint party will be shared on this page.
  5. Invite your friends, the more the merrier!
  6. Check the FB Group Page periodically, as this is where I will share important info re: the virtual paint party. This is also where the LIVE VIRTUAL & VIDEO will take place… directly on this FB GROUP PAGE (not our FB page.)
  7. The day of event: Please make sure that you LOG-IN 5-10 minutes early prior to event start.

DEADLINES, DELIVERY, & BONUS:

  • Ordering deadline to receive kit(s) by in-time for LIVE VIRTUAL EVENT = Monday, Nov. 16th, 11PM
  • Ordering deadline to watch the VIDEO anytime between through Thursday, Nov. 26th = Monday, Nov. 23rd (please allow up to 2-3 days turn-around for kit)
  • Kits will be available starting the afternoon of Monday, Nov. 16th thru end of event. You may do a porch pick-up in the 78254 area, or see our LIMITED DELIVERY OPTIONS.

Option #1:

$28 = VIRTUAL &/or VIDEO EVENT + COMPLETE KIT (WOOD)

What’s included:

  1. Step-by-step LIVE instruction and the opportunity to ask questions just like an in-person event, AND/OR the option to watch the video ANYTIME, as many times as you like.
  2. All supplies. (Yes, you get to KEEP EVERYTHING! Note: all dimensions & sizes are approximate.):
    1. Pre-sketched wood (approx. 1x10x12) with jute hanger
    2. all paint colors
    3. paint brushes
    4. plate for paints
    5. cup for water
    6. paper towel
    7. disposable adult-sized apron
  3. Access to a private FB page for your group where you will receive important info prior to the event, and where you can also interact with your other neighbors prior to the event who will be painting with us!
  4. Chance to win PRIZES! Details listed in the Private FB Page.

 

Option #2:

$25 = VIRTUAL &/or VIDEO EVENT + COMPLETE KIT (CANVAS)

What’s included:

  1. Step-by-step LIVE instruction and the opportunity to ask questions just like an in-person event, AND/OR the option to watch the video ANYTIME, as many times as you like.
  2. All supplies. (Yes, you get to KEEP EVERYTHING! Note: all dimensions & sizes are approximate.):
    1. Pre-sketched canvas (8×10)
    2. all paint colors
    3. paint brushes
    4. plate for paints
    5. cup for water
    6. paper towel
    7. disposable adult-sized apron
  3. Access to a private FB page for your group where you will receive important info prior to the event, and where you can also interact with your other neighbors prior to the event who will be painting with us!

Option #3:

$10 = VIRTUAL ONLY (Perfect if you are out of the area and want to paint this!)

What’s included:

  1. Step-by-step LIVE instruction and the opportunity to ask questions just like an in-person event, AND/OR the option to watch the video ANYTIME, as many times as you like.
  2. Complete supply list
  3. Printable pattern tracer
  4. Access to a private FB page for your group where you will receive important info prior to the event, and where you can also interact with your other neighbors prior to the event who will be painting with us!

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  • 48 hours notice prior to start of event VIA E-MAIL only to LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com = full refund less 8% (to cover both transaction fees.)
  • Less than 48 hours = $10 refund only. We are sorry, but please understand that we have already assembled your kit and poured the paint into the cups for you.
  • OPTION: You may transfer your registration to another person IF YOU CANCEL VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE DATE & TIME. Please email LetsPaintYall@yahoo.com
  • Please do NOT SHARE your event access. Everyone needs to pay and register. It is not fair to those whom have paid if you give the event to others for free, and doing so will be considered theft which will result in your removal from the group and loss of all $ paid.

By registering for this event, you automatically agree to be responsible for all of the following:

  1. Contacting us via email if you do not receive your initial confirmation email by the end of the following day after you’ve registered.  (Make sure you check your spam folder and make sure you’ve added our email address first.)
  2. Contacting us ASAP at least 24-48 hours BEFORE the event if you have ANY issues!
